About Sidney...
Sidney Schreiner, who holds the National Association of REALTORS® professional designation, CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, and SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, has been among the top REALTOR® agents since 1974. She was with Ellis Realty for 34 years as a top producer. With the merger of Ellis Realty and Dilbeck REALTORS in 2008 she has continued to actively serve her clients as well as assist in managerial duties with the Dilbeck Ellis REALTOR agents. She has continued to serve on the the Pasadena Foothills Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee.
Sidney's professional standing among her peers was reinforced when the Pasadena Foothill Association voted her "REALTOR® OF THE YEAR" in 1997. She has served as President of the Foothill Association of REALTORS, been a member of the Board of Directors for many years on both the Foothill Association and the Pasadena Foothill Association, as well as a director for the California Association of REALTORS®.
Technical contract knowledge and strong negotiation skills coupled with an emphasis on her strong sense of ethical integrity is rounded out with a sincere desire to assist her clients and
to create the optimal outcome in every transaction.
